Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information on the online Order Form/ Measurement Chart.

The customer is responsible for paying any Customs duties, levies, or fees of the country where their package is to be delivered.

Customers must allow up to 4 weeks for the processing and delivery of their orders.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately and consistently reproduce colors, because of the nature of fabric dyes, there may be slight variations in the color of the actual base product.

Items offered on our site are subject to availability at the time of placing an order.

All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, India ONLY.

Because most of our items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the cases of products being defective upon delivery. (A garment not fitting a customer does not qualify as defective since ample opportunity and effort were given to ensure the customer’s measurements were correct.)
